The location was convenient for accessing the convention center. i appreciated the larger room size. Its high ceilings really added to the spacious feel. the staff offered friendly assistance..
the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from very hot to very cold constantly. i did not touch the taps at all, so this was a minor inconvenience .

the staff was friendly and helpful enough
My 'shoebox double room' was cramped. the bathroom was laughably small. I nearly knocked over the sink every time i turned around. also, the noise from the nearby train lines kept me up most nights. Earplugs are a must.
