central location nearby trams wonderful job small refrigerator
The hotel's location was central. Complimentary trams are nearby. Housekeeping did a wonderful job on my room . The room included a small refrigerator and a kettle.
The shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold.

adequate stay, noticeable shortcomings
fluctuating temperature small bed
the location near southern cross station was certainly convenient.
The bathroom was quite small. the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably. It swung from scalding hot to freezing cold. the single bed i had booked felt shorter than expected.. i had trouble sleeping well.

central location helpful staff room upgrade
The hotel is central to everything! it is a short walk from southern cross station,. the staff stored our luggage. This allowed us to enjoy our last day out and about. i got a free upgrade. That was appreciated too!
the shower was small. i had some trouble getting in and out.

surprisingly charming stay
convenient location larger room friendly assistance
The location was convenient for accessing the convention center. i appreciated the larger room size. Its high ceilings really added to the spacious feel. the staff offered friendly assistance..
the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from very hot to very cold constantly. i did not touch the taps at all, so this was a minor inconvenience .

cramped room train noise
the staff was friendly and helpful enough
My 'shoebox double room' was cramped. the bathroom was laughably small. I nearly knocked over the sink every time i turned around. also, the noise from the nearby train lines kept me up most nights. Earplugs are a must.
